Why recently does this annoying pop up keep pop up on this site?

Spike, the mere fact that me and Spud didn't know whether to post this at Foundation & Bureaucracy OR Lobby, is strong evidence that these are redundant forums.
There should only be one administrative forum and this should be called "Intro & Admin".
The fora would thus be these and in this order.
INTRO & ADMIN (welcome)
MIND-X (AI, science & technology)
NEWSFLASH (news & politics)
NETHERWORLD (mature, sophisticated & alt)
