The state has no right to prohibit any drug, including pot. If people want to screw up their lives with pot or alcohol, they have a right to do so. The billions that go to DEA police forces to invade everyone's privacy should go to education and rehab. !@#$ Nixon.

That said, pot in moderation can enhance sex, but alcohol is better at get things going. A major problem however is both pot and alcohol have their liabilities. Pot tends to make one quiet, and alcohol, especially excessive alcohol, tends to make it difficult for a guy to cum. Given this, one has to know how much of each to take and when.

So here's a suggested formula: start out a 6-hour date with a modest amount of wine or beer. I don't recommend hard stuff as that causes depression for which you may later think you have to take Big Pharma's "anti-depressants. By modest amount I mean about 1 glass of wine for her and up to 2 glasses of wine for him over the course of the first 3 hours. This regimen will also keep you legal on the Gestapo's highways.

If sex becomes imminent -- because you both have done a good job getting to know each over some nice dinner conversation and a modest amount of wine or beer -- only then should you smoke a little pot. The pot will push things over the line, provided you both created a line with the socializing. The pot won't MAKE anyone !@#$, but it will definitely make everyone REGRET !@#$ if they do not, as pot extends and enhances touch and orgasm seemingly infinitely. But remember, the wine and the conversation are what lead to the mutual consent and decision 'to !@#$ or not to !@#$, that's where the battle was won or lost.'

Ideally, I do not recommend pot or alcohol or any drugs, including Big Pharma. Pharmaceuticals and alcohol reduce libido. This is why many experts say we are in a sexual recession at present. So once a sexual relationship is established and you get to know each other, I recommend stopping the use all pot, alcohol and Big Pharma because sex is best when done in a natural state and completely drug-free.

Understandably, in today's twisted and perverted world it usually takes drugs to bring a media- and/or church-indoctrinated couple together. But someday humans may realize that having sex is more natural and normal than having a gun fight.
