The notion that guys routinely make up violent attacks on themselves to ‘further’ their career is specious

The guy a who drove the car into the crowd in Charlottesville I assume felt ‘threatened’
He has 30 years in prison for his career

The guy a few days ago who killed five people at a factory in Chicago because he was terminated undoubtedly felt threatened
Yeah that furthered his career he was dead in 10 or so minutes

Matthew Shepard was bludgeoned to death and left to die on a fence fir being a ‘faggot’ in Wyoming 2 guys felt threatened by him and will get a career of life in prison

In 2004. Two men in Texas dragged a black man to his death behind a truck, for being black. They are both in penitentiary still

Jessie’s made up story will not help his career apparently. The producers of Empire will not use him anymore.

Rich, wouldn’t it be easier just to admit that you are wrong about everything you believe, say your penance and get back to church? Really, they’ll welcome you back!

Oh yeah why don’t you make a posting. ‘How to place a photo’ in this forum like James requested. That would be useful and ‘ up the ante’.

But you don’t want a level playing field do you.

It seems like Smollett could have just hung around a biker bar and talked about his lifestyle. Sooner or later, someone would have done the job!

Compared to that weak, short list of scattered crimes - Hoax Hate for quick "gofundme" cash and community sympathy are ongoing regular occurances.

The number is legion. To match the short list provided above we can just take some famous ones. Cases like Tawana Brawleys, done because both parents were brutal to her and she was afraid of their reaction to her being out partying for four days.

Sure, Step-Dad takes the cake as he killed his first wife with multiple brutal knife stabs - but both parents were scary enough to explain why 14 y/o Tawana made up her story.

Add Travon to Tawana. Travon was a Hoax Hate case proven fake even though CNN famously tried its' durdest to turn Hispanic George Z into a White dude to fit the classic "Hoax Hate" lie.

There was the Hoax Hate of Big Mike, the Gentle Giant of Ferguson, MO. Oy! That Hoax Hate event, with its days and nights of riots was the genesis of the Hoax-Claim based group "Black Lives Matter."

Another Gentle Giant, the tragic "loosie" salesman in NY who died from a heart attack in an ambulance exiting the scene of his detention. He had a strong enough set of lungs and open enough airway to keep calling out "I can't breath."

He keep working his strong lungs and open airway, calling out while he fought to stay standing fully erect while four or five cops tried to wrestle him to the ground. All this was under the on-site supervision of a Black Woman - she was the Police Officer who was in charge.

His airway remained open while finally on the ground, as show by the fact that his repeated cries of "I can't breath" continued as he continued to fight to keep the cops from handcuffing him.

The two main "Hoax Hate" claims there: One, that racist NY City Cops illegally used a fatal choke hold on him, which prevented him from breathing. Two, that he died from that.

Nope! Pics of the "take down" show that the arm around his neck was only pressing against one side. The other side is visibly open.

That makes is a neck-hold, which helps someone "lever" an opponent down."

A choke-hold is also on the neck, but very different. It closes off he whole front of the neck, and would have prevented the Gentile Giant from calling out. Which he did both while standing and on the ground, as he continuously fought against the Cops.

Next, Baltimore. A suspect intentionally banged himself around during his ride to the police station. The poor fool killed himself eventually - injuring himself too much.

His fellow suspect riding on the other side of a thin metal wall partition heard him tossing himself around on the other side of that thin metal wall. He explained that shortly after this became publicized.

That "auditory witness" quickly changed his tune to join the "get the racist cops" parade.

As in New York and Ferguson - in Baltimore the City took the side of the criminal, and prosecuted whatever Cop they could figure out how to prosecute. Several days of rioting resulted from the Hoax Hate.

The City decided that the Cops "homicided" poor, dead Freddy Grey. So the City prosectued six Cops they figured they could nail. Happily not:

"On May 1, 2015, Gray's death was ruled by the medical examiner to be a homicide. Six officers were charged with various offenses, including second-degree murder, in connection with Gray's death.[19] Three officers were subsequently acquitted; in July 2016, following the acquittals, Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby dropped charges against the remaining three officers."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_Baltimore_protests

~~~~~~~~~~~
Sandra Bland did the same - killed herself. She hung herself in her cell.
This may have been ongoing depression, aggravated by fury over her day. She forced a fight with a Cop when she had plenty to loose and nothing to gain by fighting.
The Hoax was a short lived claim that the cops killed her after they put her in the cell, and "framed it" as a suicide. Happily, as in several Hoax Hate claims - video saved a Cop - or in this case, several Cops.
These are just famous ones. The Hoax Hate Hit Parade is sadly long!
Give it up Richie. And while you're at it, give up on the Trump-Russia collusion delusion, too.
