It is as I understand it an expected courtesy for gay guys who are sexually in ‘hook up’ sites to list their HIV status as of their most recent test and ‘on Prep’
The problem is these guys forego condoms and end up with one of the 26 other STDs. (syphilis, gonnorhea, Chlamydia, Also other viral if not lethal STDs still exist of course. HPV, HepC and Herpes.
Gays probably have a bigger motivation for monogamy than straights.
But as always.......
