Almost all of the debates we had on Kurzweil were at the level of Contradiction (4). I often tried to do better by posting footnotes to sources. Once in a very long while I was able to get to the Refutation level (6), but that was only in special cases and only when I was struck by a really creative impulse. Even real intellectuals in polite company rarely make it to the top. It would be nice if people on this forum were up there in the forensics atmosphere. Alas, we are not angels and God is not our moderator.
I suppose we should put Red's chart in some special place and even make it into a sticky. Any suggestions?

Spud, In law schools it is taught that the best litigator in history (I forget his name) would first present the strongest argument of opposing counsel in the best light possible, and then proceed to demolish it as all wrong.
However, most law school professors teach the law they agree with as settled and brilliant, a credit to our hallowed system, and law that contradicts their bias as an act of a corrupt judge that lacks the intellect to sit in their class.

I saw your conversation about this site being on Google, but I kind'a doubt that it really is. To test, I did a google search on one of my Steemit posts having to do with coneheads "RedQ coneheads". It hit on the first link.

Yes, the EV site can not be searched. I was looking for something I posted on another thread to include in this global warming thread, and it was impossible.
