I think Netherworld and Bureaucracy add spice. Just having 3 areas makes the site look more sterile than it is. Netherworld has not been as degenerate as I might have feared in a nightmare. We've got good members. Let's open it up.

I opened this topic to discuss the matter. There was little discussion. Spike jumped on Doc's comment that it was a second. If it carries fine, if it doesn't, the issue can be re-issued and a new vote taken.

I have a hard time getting people to follow the protocols. To avoid the appearance of stonewalling, I have gotten into the habit of interpreting casual statements as formal actions. Note: both you and Doc can call for a 12 hour extension.

I am for the ‘netherworld’ sub forums being available. I have posted several things of a sexual nature and posted some controversial organizations.

Account closed permanently. I won't stand for abuse of authority by forum administration to censor criticism of a conservative radio host that celebrated the death of AIDS patients on his show. Maybe some day we'll speak again elsewhere.
