Its Justice!
And its now very firmly established in Brit employment, since 2016, spearheaded by the Guardian and the State media giant, the BBC:
"The Guardian is not the only British media organisation to have discriminated against people based on race."
"The BBC has a history of advertising job openings and internships only available to candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds...Last year, BBC launched an internship program exclusively for non-whites, and earlier this year the media giant was looking for a multimedia journalist stating the same criteria."

Saul made the call.
Over in Old Blighty their activists in high places are using our old "affirmative action" terminology, slang, and ideology even though they dont have our past of biracial origin with one of those races as slaves.
I have seen YouTube vids of some Brit shows discussing this, and nobody on the conservo side ever made the point that GB history is White history as far back as you can go, up to the 50's and 60's when elites decided to import lots of non-Whites up to today.
They should be laughing the "affirmative action" and Feminism quota arguments off every stage.
