The Riots in Minneapolis Have Empirically Done as Much or More Harm Than Their Origination

I.e. the riots have killed as many or more people than the bad cop did:

Death(s) 1 confirmed, 1 unconfirmed

The rioters have committed as bad or worse a crime than they are addressing.

The "bad cop" was fired for PR reasons, probably, or because he was judged by his bosses as you have, Spike.

His kneeling vid did not tell us how much pressure his knee and lower leg was putting on one side of the neck of the now dead detainee.

The notorious vid has the detainee chattering loudly enough too be recorded from feet away for the first five minutes or so of his recorded detention on the ground.

Much of it was a repeated, clear "I can't breath." Which he couldn't have kept repeating if he couldn't breath.

Taking a guy down and holding a guy down can be done without a choke hold. A neck hold uses pressure on one side of the neck. That left at least half the blood supply and return still open on the other side of the neck. Both that other side, and the trachea, in front, were not obscured at all.

The now dead detainee survived that time under the Cops knee and lower leg, and was transferred live to a gurney. Then he was transferred live to an ambulance. Then live into a hospital.

Later, in that hospital, he died.

The Prosecutor announced a few days ago, that they were not prosecuting him. At that time, he was judged to have not broken any laws.

Now that decision has been reversed. The Did the Mayor have any say? If so, the Mayor having screwed up his response to the rioting so much, is topping his screw-up by throwing the now fired cop into the fires raging in the hearts of some of his voters.

The Wakanda-opolis jurors will probably convict him on the way to the trial. But his future is not sealed! He may very well come out OK on appeal, for the reasons used by the Prosecutor before Politics stepped in and reversed his call.

Good point. So the cop's actions may not have been directly responsible for his death. I hadn't caught on to that. If, for example, someone is tasered (considered nonlethal force) and they die of a heart attack, that should not be considered murder.

Still, it is difficult to account for three cops sitting on a man that has already been handcuffed. Am I missing something?

Autopsy results will be illuminating one way or the other.

Account closed permanently. I won't stand for abuse of authority by forum administration to censor criticism of a conservative radio host that celebrated the death of AIDS patients on his show. Maybe some day we'll speak again elsewhere.

"The "mass sit-on" vid."

I've seen a vid of Cops approaching the Car he was in, and another where they approach him where he's sitting on the sidewalk leaning against a wall. It takes one cop a while to get him up, and that cop cant control him.

He isn't strenuously fighting, but he twists around enough as they move along the wall that another cop is needed to take the other side of him and walk him away around a corner.

The only other one I've seen in the infamous "Kneel on the Neck" vid by the oh so personable Cop who has stolen so many hearts.

Any who have a link to any others, especially the "mass sit-on" one, please do post them so I can take a gander.
