You're not honest. In fact you're a liar.
Put up or shut up.

Re: Trump's Senate impeachment trial -- What does it take to remove a president?
You're a liar and a gaslighter. Trump is (or arguably) the most successful private builder in the world. Everyone wanted the Old Post Office in D.C. and the gov't gave it to Trump, before he was running for president.
Every statement is true:
Partial list of accomplishments:
* Most successful private builder and property owner in the world.
* Walk of stars famous Hollywood star.
* Number one business book author
* Crushed a very strong field of Republican presidential candidates
* Crushed the corrupt and criminal Billary for the Presidency, when he was given under a 3% chance to win by the soothsayers of the Left
* His accomplishments as president is too long to list, but I'll name three: Unbelievable economic renaissance, including trade deals no one thought possible; judges, judges, judges, including two SCOTUS picks, all more conservative than had been possible in the past; and incredible series of foreign policy success built on a strong domestic economy and unquestioned military superiority.
* Has reformulated the Rep party and defined the Dem party and MSM (but I repeat myself) to give the Reps a chance after he's gone.
Now, Lucid that's reality, and you're divorced from it. Come home to America.

By what metric?

Ah, more ad hominem attacks. Once again you prove that you're unwilling or unable to hold an intellectually honest discussion.

Name one private builder more successful than Trump, gaslighter.
Lucid: define your terms
RQ: Most successful
Lucid: define your terms
RQ: Oh, shut up jerk
Lucid: RQ should be removed as a moderator.
Motion: That RedQ's is removed as a moderator.
Gaslighter, and liar.
P.S. F you Spiko. You argued to make Lucid a moderator. I thought it a bad decision. I've been proved right.

Do you even understand what a metric is? If I say "I'm the best checkers player in the world" then it is fair to ask "by what metric". "I'm just the best." isn't a metric, but "I've won more checkers championships than anyone else" is a metric that you can use to compare to others. Without a metric, "most successful" is not defined, and it is impossible to give you a counter example.
I could give you a list of people with more land holdings, people that own buildings of higher value, or people that have a higher net worth, but until you define how you judge Trump's success none of those would answer the question because the question hasn't been defined.

Re: Trump's Senate impeachment trial -- What does it take to remove a president?
The Trump presidency will be judged by history and the future. REGARDLESS he will be controversial....
1. He will always be one of only 3 Presidents impeached and tried before the Senate for Abuse of Power and Obsttuction of Congress.
2. He will have completely backed out of the Paris Climate accords and the Iranian nuclear non proliferation deal.
3. He will be lauded on his extending the benefits of the Obama prosperity cycle and possibly his maneuvers on trade with Canada, Mexico and China.
4. He may win a second term but I can assure you it will be no landslide.
5. The Senate is in a cycle to move over to the Democrats as many incumbent Senators are running in Blue states.
(This could make a second term quite adversarial as Trump will be unable to strong arm any legislation the Democrats don’t approve of) In addition technically he could be impeached a second time if he makes too blatant a move
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
r.

Re: Trump's Senate impeachment trial -- What does it take to remove a president?
I provided a metric far above. CEO with name on the door. You ignored it because as Kurt Schlichter describes in his book "Militant Normals" you think you are among the 'elite' while having no reasonable claim to that status. You're just virtue signaling "orange man bad".

"CEO with name on the door" is not a metric by which to judge someone as the "most successful". There are lots of CEOs with names on their doors. Your post seems to suggest that you really do not understand what a metric is.
