Trump's Senate impeachment trial -- What does it take to remove a president?

Judge Andrew Napolitano: Trump's Senate impeachment trial -- What does it take to remove a president?

quote:

What is required for removal of the president? A demonstration of presidential commission of high crimes and misdemeanors, of which in Trump's case the evidence is ample and uncontradicted.

Napolitano is a sad case of spite. He wanted to be on the Supreme Court. What he is doing now is proof that he was not qualified.

When I opened it, I thought it would be Lucid going in the direction of:

"C'mon! We took years, got the CIA and NSA and FBI and Russia and Crimea all involved and took years to build the case with media pouring it into people minds for years to "mess with the election" and be sure that even if he won, Donald Trump would still not win.

Fer gossakes- whadda we godda do????"

I could understand! It must be very hard for you guys that your lies, tricks, and fake news in general doesn't do the trick after being so successful with it for decades now.

But Judge "Nap?" All too typical for a while now - TDS, that's all. In non-specifically Trump stories, he's still fine.

But when Don is the subject - flip to "TDS Nap."

To impeach a US president would take a national crisis giving the political will to a majority of citizens and congress to push this. As Doc indicated, the crap pushed by Obama and Soros is not enough, for it must be high crimes and misdemeanors like The Bidens.

A pompous judge under the pay of the Koch org is not enough, heh heh heh...

What does it take to impeach Trump? Nothing.

The Left ruins everything it touches. By this action they have insured that in the future Dem house majorities will impeach a Rep president at the drop of a hat, and the Rep House majorities will impeach a Dem president whenever a Dem president unambiguously violates some law or another (which every Dem president does, for instance the IRS scandal that Obama presided over).

Impeachment is no longer a solemn break-glass-in-case-of-emergency last resort, but merely a parliamentary vote of "no confidence". It's now relatively meaningless.

Trump withheld vital military aid from a vulnerable foreign ally in order to pressure them into investigating his political rivals. That is impeachable, and if a Democrat had done the same while the Republicans controlled the House then they would have impeached as well.

How stupid do you think we are?

That's your false narrative that you repeat without end. Tell a big lie enuff and I suppose some will believe it, or at least be impressed enough with your conviction to believe something is going on. But it's all just a lie.

Mueller was suppose to provide the fodder for impeachment, but that gambit failed. Youz guys continue to play the Russia card but it's face value is about at the 2 of clubs level outside your precincts.

The reason that the Dems have gone so Ape over Ukraine is because if the story is told the amount of corruption and nepotism will bury a number of politicians, including at least Biden and probably Kerry and Romney. Billary was undoubtedly wetting their beaks, too.

Not a false narrative. What Trump did was blatant and obvious, even if your identity is so attached to that orange buffoon that you won't admit it.

Yes, Red, the Ukrain rock is too big for the Dems to leave unprotected. If they let that be pried up...

We may even find Obama under there!

Consider the infamous "Quid Pro Quo" vid of Biden in front of a Council On Foreign Relations seminar bragging that he told Ukrainians not just to fire a Prosecutor or he'd hold a billion bucks or more - he also told them to call Obama if they doubted him.

By his own proud boastfulness, Biden himself has opened the door to: "We must find out if Ex President B. Hussein Obama knew of and approved the Biden Quid Pro Quo."
