Thanks for posting that, Spud. I noted the link a few times and haven't checked to see WTF it was yet.
Very impressive how the two crewmembers calmly experience the shaking, assess it, and calmly discuss it while doing what they have to do.
Classically, exactly what we expect from pilots of suddenly out of control planes - and Astronauts when a rocket suddenly "goes tilt."

At least their hardware is survivable. Unlike Morton Thiokol's O-rings which never were designed for moderate changes in temperature. The Shuttle was an accommodation by engineers to democrat senators.
Nobody got punished except the families, and none of the astronauts boycotted flight to protest, the waste of life in two shuttle losses.
